IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Products from the Candles and Bath&Body sections

are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if they are not defective

Products from other sections can be returned within 7 days,

provided that the product was not in use and the packaging and all labels are preserved

 

We do not cover shipping costs.

Shipping are at the customers expense and risk

ARE THERE ANY RULES FOR USING SKINNY B CANDLES?

There are several rules for using candles "That Skinny B":

 

- store candles at a temperature no higher than 25 degrees.

 

- it is necessary to insert candles into the stands only before ignition,

because candles can bend and change their original appearance due

to the temperature in the room
